Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we handle personal data for the GOFAST website and the GOFAST Managed service, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG). Responsible entity: Baumeler IT Consulting, Switzerland — hello@getgofast.ch.
1. This website
The website is static. We set no tracking cookies and run no analytics. The contact form sends us exactly what you type into it.
2. Subscribing
Checkout runs entirely on Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Stripe collects your name, email address, payment details and workspace name and shares everything except the payment details with us; your card data never reaches our systems. Stripe is also the processor for invoices and the customer portal.
3. Operating your workspace
To run your instance we process your account email address and workspace name. Everything your team enters into the workspace is processed solely to provide the service, on infrastructure in Switzerland, and is accessed by us only for operations or support you request. Our service providers:
- Exoscale (Switzerland) — hosting and encrypted backups
- Proton AG (Switzerland) — transactional email (invitations, service notices)
- Infomaniak (Switzerland) — domains and DNS
- Stripe Payments Europe — payments and billing
- Grafana Labs (EU region) — operational monitoring; technical logs can contain email addresses and IP addresses
If the optional AI assistant is enabled for your workspace, the questions you ask it are processed by Anthropic’s API; it is off unless configured.
4. Cookies in the app
Your GOFAST instance sets one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Nothing else.
5. Retention
Workspace data lives for the duration of your subscription, plus 30 days after it ends (the reactivation window), then it is permanently deleted; backup copies expire automatically within two months of deletion. Billing records are kept as long as Swiss commercial law requires.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and request an export of your workspace data, by emailing hello@getgofast.ch.
